Über mich
Die beste Business-Schule war ein Fünfmeterraum.
Ich war immer schon Torwart. 2 Jahre sogar professionell, zweite Liga in Österreich.

Was mich beschäftigt: AI-native Operations bei KEEPERsport aufbauen. Code-Generierung, Operations, Kundenkommunikation.
My take.
Ich schreibe über AI, Business und KEEPERsport. Nicht aus der Theorie. Mittendrin.

Two people I follow said the opposite thing about AI this week. Both convinced me. Vitalik Buterin won't bet on an endpoint: nobody can see it yet, so he backs the moves that pay off in both worlds. Aravind Srinivas bets on speed: today's best model 3 to 4x cheaper within six months. I don't need to settle who's right. The timeline is a debate. The tool is already here.
Read on LinkedIn →25 years at KEEPERsport. Found out from a Slack badge. Same company the whole time. The job kept changing though. Still hungry as day one. Helps when you do what you love. Back to work. Keep building.
Read on LinkedIn →Today a goalkeeper walks out at the World Cup wearing gloves we built. Lionel Mpasi starts for DR Congo against Portugal, their first World Cup in 52 years, and a first for us too. We are a goalkeeper brand from Austria, building for one position only since 2000. We develop these gloves ourselves: we know the factory, we argue over every cut, every millimeter of latex. Specialists beat generalists. That is the whole bet.
Read on LinkedIn →Narrative beats revenue. 2025 revenue: Amazon ~$747B, SpaceX ~$18B. Forty times apart, almost the same market cap. The market is not paying for what they sold last year. It is paying for what they believe comes next. Works until it does not.
Read on LinkedIn →Months behind a screen building AI workflows and orchestrating agents. Yesterday: KEEPERbattle Munich, the first KEEPERbattle Kids in Germany. No team, no excuses, no AI to help. The joy when a kid wins a duel resets you. This is why we exist. After 26 years, the best part of the job is still a young goalkeeper smiling, wearing our gloves.
Read on LinkedIn →Some press it 80x a day. Agents running in the background. The rest still use it like Google with better grammar. In every conversation I have right now, I see this gap. Bigger than people think. More obvious every week.

Read on LinkedIn →As a goalkeeper you learn early: don't react to the ball, read the play three seconds ahead. Same rule for builders. AI inference is on the Napster curve. Build for next quarter's prices, not today's.
Read on LinkedIn →Just listened to the new podcast with Andrej Karpathy. 66 minutes. Couldn't stop. One line hit me hardest: "I haven't typed a line of code since December." Not because he stopped building. Because the way we build changed. Permanently.
Read on LinkedIn →The most underrated role right now is not an AI engineer. It is the person who knows what to build with AI. Execution is no longer the bottleneck. The variance is entirely in judgment.
Read on LinkedIn →Ten months ago I shared my first AI Memo. I was afraid of the speed. A lot has changed since then: I shipped code, built tools, and run my own AI at home. I am still afraid. But now I am also building.
